BabyBrowns, an online baby boutique, announced today it has launched a new mobile web site and Facebook retail storefront to meet the rapidly changing needs of its customers and strengthen its competitive position among online retailers.
Troy and Bethany Beaver bought BabyBrowns in August of 2011 and since then have invested in a new technology platform for their online store and launched a completely redesigned web site in October 2011. In addition, the company expanded its call center in November 2011 and now offers 24-hour live customer service.
We are intently focused on ensuring our customers have an exceptional service experience, said Bethany Beaver, Owner of BabyBrowns. We know our customers are extremely busy and are looking for time-saving ways to shop for quality baby products. That’s especially right of moms with young children. I should know, I’m one of them.”
The new BabyBrowns mobile web site offers a full shopping experience including the ability to browse and buy on all well loved mobile devices. The mobile site works with web-enabled smartphones and is optimized for iPhone, BlackBerry, Palm Pre, and Android devices. In addition, well loved tablets like iPad have the option to use the mobile web site or switch to the standard view of the BabyBrowns store.
“Because it is a mobile web site, our customers don’t have to download an app to interact with a mobile-friendly version of our store,” said Troy Beaver, Owner of BabyBrowns. “All you have to do is go to http://www.babybrowns.com with your smartphone or tablet and you’ll be automatically directed to our mobile web site that has been designed specifically with these users in mind.”
“We reckon it is one of the most robust and user-friendly mobile sites available today,” said Bethany Beaver. “Most of our competitors don’t even offer mobile access which we reckon further differentiates BabyBrowns and uniquely positions us to best meet the needs of today’s online shoppers.”
In addition to the launch of its new mobile site, BabyBrowns has introduced an entirely new concept in the world of social media and retailing–a version of its online store within Facebook. This fully functioning retail storefront gives fans a complete shopping experience–without ever leaving Facebook.
“We are very excited to be a part of this innovative approach to bringing BabyBrowns to where our customers are already spending a significant amount of their time online,” said Troy Beaver. “Facebook has become a way of life and BabyBrowns has itself embraced social media with an active presence on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Pintrest, as well as BabyBrowns Blog.”
“Now, we are a leader among online baby boutiques making it simple for our Facebook fans to like, share, and shop for our designer baby products along with their circle of friends. We reckon this very well could be the wave of the future in online shopping and are glad to be one of the first in our industry to offer our customers this convenient new service,” said Bethany Beaver.
To view the retail storefront on Facebook, go to http://www.facebook.com, search BabyBrowns, and select Shop.

synd bara att utsidan av köpcentrumet var skitfult.
Ser bra ut! Äntligen får vi Scandinaviens största köpcentrum och en stor FOTBOLLSARENA
ser underbart ut!
Ser bra ut!
“Mall of Scandinavia is a new concept that targets not only customers from Stockholm but the whole of Scandinavia” – What the fuck, are they expecting us to go to Stockholm to visit a mall?! We got our own shit down here, thank you very much… Perhaps you would care to visit Copenhagen for having a hair-cut?
Fyfan… En fotbollsarena ska vara en fotbollsarena inget annat. Det sista vi behöver är fan fler köpcenter… Och fyfan för Swedbank Arena…
HEMMA PÅ RÅSUNDA!
